CASTROL® TECTION™ EXTRA BIG HONKIN' TRUCK MAKEOVER™ CONTEST

The following promotion is intended for viewing in the 48 Contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. Do not proceed in this portion of the site if you are not a legal resident of, and located in, the 48 Contiguous United States or the District of Columbia at the time of entry.

CASTROL® TECTION™ EXTRA BIG HONKIN' TRUCK MAKEOVER™ CONTEST
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN, NOR WILL A PURCHASE IMPROVE ONE'S CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 48 CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. VOID OUTSIDE THE 48 CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES, AND WHERE PROHIBITED.

ELIGIBILITY/ENTRIES:
The Castrol® Tection™ Extra Big Honkin' Truck Makeover™ Contest ("The Contest") is open to licensed owners and owner/operators of class 6–8 vehicles who are at least twenty–one (21) years of age at the time of entry and a legal resident of the forty–eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia. Class 6–8 vehicles that are depicted in the photo submission must be mechanically sound and fully functioning to be eligible for any prizes. The vehicle must be titled and registered in the name of the entrant, who must be the vehicles owner or owner/operator. Employees of BP Lubricants USA Inc. their subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, and members of each of their immediate families (spouses, parents, grandparents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Contest begins at 12:00:00 AM ET on August 23, 2007 and ends on–line at 11:59:59 PM ET on October 31, 2007 (the "Contest Period").

TO ENTER ON-LINE:
Go to http://www.castrol.com/truckmakeover any time during the contest period, and follow the on–line instructions for registering and entering the contest and submit the following: One color photograph either digital or scanned of your Class 6–8 vehicle as a JPEG or GIF file (400k or less). An essay of no more than 150 words in English describing why your truck needs a makeover and why you deserve to be the Grand Prize Winner. You must complete your registration, picture submission and essay at the same time or your session will time–out and you will have to re–submit your information. In order for the electronic entry to be valid, entrants must click on the "Submit" button on the Web site. Entrants must provide a valid e–mail address to enter on–line. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e–mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the e–mail address by an Internet access provider, on–line service provider, or other organization which is responsible for assigning e–mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e–mail address. Proof of being the authorized account holder may be required. On–line entries must be submitted by 11:59:59 PM ET on October 31, 2007. Limit one on–line entry per valid e–mail address.

TO ENTER VIA MAIL:
You may also enter the Contest by submitting the following, one (1) color photo no larger than 8 x 10 of your class 6–8 vehicle and an essay of no more than 150 words in English describing why your truck needs a makeover and why you deserve to be the Grand Prize winner. On a separate 3 x 5 card handprint your name, address, age, phone number and e–mail address (if applicable). Also, tell us the make, model, and year of the vehicle you are entering. Failure to provide this information may result in disqualification of your submission. Mail all of your entry information to Castrol Tection Extra Big Honkin' Truck Makeover P.O. Box 709 Bayonne, New Jersey 07002. Mail–in entries must be postmarked by October 31, 2007 and be received by November 7, 2007. All entries become the property of BP Lubricants USA Inc. and will not be acknowledged or returned.

ENTRY CONDITIONS:
Limit one entry per person, household or business. Essay portion must be in English (typed and double–spaced or legibly printed) and no more than 150 words. Entries must be the original work of the entrant, may not have won any previous awards or have been previously published and must not infringe on any third party rights, and be suitable for publication. Photos submitted must be of owner or owner/operators Class 6–8 vehicle. Photos must not be retouched or digitally enhanced. Sponsor not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, illegible, incomplete or postage due entries, whether caused by the internet or by human error. By entering, entrants grant Sponsor the right to reproduce Essay and/or photograph with or without attribution, without further compensation to Entrant, in any and all media, for any and all purposes, including purposes of advertising and trade.

JUDGING:
Judging to determine the three (3) Finalists will take place as follows: Finalists will be selected from amongst all eligible on–line and mail in entries received during the contest period of August 23, 2007 thru October 31, 2007 by a panel of qualified judges selected by the Sponsor. Points will be awarded as follows: up to 50 points for originality and creativity of the essay, up to 25 points for relevance of the essay to the theme of the contest and up to 25 points for the photographic evidence submitted to show the need for a truck makeover. The essays with the three highest point totals will be declared the 3 contest Finalists. Finalists will be announced and notified on or about December 1, 2007.

FINALIST JUDGING:
Judging for the Finalists will take part in two phases. Phase I has two parts: (1) Consumer voting on the Castrol website at www.castrol.com/truckmakeover. You must be 21 or older to participate in the voting. Follow the on–screen instructions to see the essays and cast your vote. Voting begins at 12:01:00 AM EST on January 1, 2008 and ends on–line at 11:59:59 pm EST on February 28, 2008. Limit one vote per household regardless of voting method. (2) On site voting March 27th and 28th 2008 at the Mid–America Trucking Show in Louisville, Kentucky. The finalist entries will be posted at the Castrol Tection Extra Booth where registered attendees may vote during show hours. Voters will be asked to apply the judging criteria in casting their votes. Points for the Finalist judging will be awarded as follows: A maximum of up to 100 points may be awarded to a Finalist during Phases I and II combined. The Finalist with the most points will be declared the Grand Prize Winner, the second highest point total will be the First Prize Winner and the third point total will be the Second Prize Winner. The Finalist who receives the most votes from both the on–line entries and entries from the Mid–America Trucking Show combined during Phase I will receive 40 points. The second highest combined vote total will receive 30 points and the third highest combined vote total will receive 20 points. Phase II will be conducted by a panel of qualified judges selected by the Sponsor. Points will be awarded as follows: The essay that the judges vote the most creative and original will receive 30 points, the entry with the second highest judges score will receive 20 points and the entry with the third highest judges score will receive 10 points for that category. The entry voted to be most relevant to the theme of the contest will receive 15 points the other finalist entries will receive 10 and 5 points respectively. The Finalist entry showing the most photographic evidence for need of a makeover will receive 15 points and the other finalists will receive 10 and 5 points respectively. The Finalist entry with the highest combined totals from all categories will be declared the Grand Prize winner. In the event that any phase of the contest is not able to run Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion to modify, terminate, cancel or suspend the contest in whole or in part. Sponsor also reserves the right to have the judges select the finalists for Phase 2 on the basis of criteria stated herein from among all eligible entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting cancellation or suspension. Sponsor reserves the right to have the judging panel determine the Grand Prize Winner based on the awarding of points described above. Winners will be notified at the Mid–America Trucking Show on March 29, 2008.

PRIZES:
GRAND PRIZE (1) The Grand Prize Winner will receive a makeover of his/her class 6–8 vehicle by The Chrome Shop Mafia™ in accordance with the conditions outlined below, up to a maximum of $50,000 worth of improvements. The $50,000 may be used to improve the winner's vehicle, subject to the Sponsor's final approval. The Sponsor will provide the date and location of the vehicle makeover. All improvements will be completed at the same time. The Grand Prize winner will receive $ 25,000 towards the exterior of the vehicle, $15,000 for the interior and $10,000 for communications. No improvements will be allowed to the vehicle other than those specified and approved by Sponsor. Any other expenses not covered are the responsibility of the prize winner. Vehicle improvements are scheduled to begin in May of 2008 with completion in July of 2008. Grand Prize Winner's vehicle may be shown at the 2008 Great American Trucking Show in Dallas, Texas in August of 2008. ARV. $50,000. FIRST PRIZE (1) A $3,000 BP Gift Card good for products or merchandise and one year's supply of Castrol Tection Extra (36 gallons). ARV. $3,250. SECOND PRIZE (1) A $500 Gift Card for the purchase of vehicle electronics, a one year's supply of Castrol Tection Extra (36 gallons) and a Castrol apparel pack to include a Castrol jacket, shirt and hat. ARV. $1,000. Total value of all prizes is $54,250.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest; lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, incomplete entries any computer, on–line, telephone or technical malfunctions, delays or human errors that occur in the processing, transmission or receipt of entries, or for inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, lost or delayed by computer transmissions. If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of being conducted as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be violating these Official Rules or suspected of attempting to disrupt or defraud the entry process or the operation of the contest, and Sponsor may prosecute or seek other legal redress against anyone suspected of engaging in these acts.

PRIZE ACCEPTANCE:
Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of being a Finalist, at Sponsor's request and expense the top 3 Finalists will be flown to the Mid–America Trucking Show in Louisville, Kentucky to participate in certain public relations activities on behalf of the Sponsor. Grand Prize winner will also be required to participate in public relations activities at The Great American Trucking Show in Dallas, Texas at Sponsor's request and expense as a condition of receiving prize. If any potential winner is unable to travel or fulfill public relations tasks requested by the Sponsor, Sponsor shall have the right to disqualify potential winner and select an alternative winner. Prizes are not transferable or assignable. No substitution or cash redemption allowed except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. All taxes, including federal, state and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of winners who may be issued an IRS 1099 tax form (winners are advised to seek independent counsel regarding prize winnings). Winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and Publicity (where permitted) within fourteen (14) days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within (14) fourteen days, after the first attempt to contact the potential winner, if the potential winner does not sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and Publicity (where permitted) in the required time period, or if a prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be deemed forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries received. By accepting prize, winner consents to use of name, state of residence and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes on–line and in print, or in any other media worldwide in connection with the Contest, without limitation and without additional compensation worldwide, except where prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner further agrees to release Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, (collectively, the "Contest Parties") from any and all liability, loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with winners' participation in this Contest, or with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize, or the participation in prize–related activities. By accepting prizes, winner further acknowledges that the Contest Parties have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied in fact or in law, relative to prize or to any portion thereof, including but not limited to its quality, merchantability, mechanical condition, or fitness for a particular purpose.
